Who we are

This store is run by The Merch Project, operated by Stacey Slinger, 267 Main Road, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8005, South Africa. Email: hello@ingoodcompany.org.za.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Orders and prices

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery is added at checkout.
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because a limited-run size has sold out, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
We check prices carefully. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before we process the order, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Discounts, including "buy 2, get 10% off", apply automatically at checkout. They can't be exchanged for cash, and they apply to products only, not to delivery.

Products

We sell limited runs. Once a size or colour is sold out, it may not come back. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and all measurements in our size charts are within 2cm.

2XL and 3XL are made to order, so they take longer to arrive. See our Shipping Policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.
